Store Policies

Shipping Policy Orders placed prior to 12:00PM EST are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after will be shipped the following business day. ie: Orders placed on 3:50PM EST on a Friday likely won't ship until Monday.

Store Pickup & Pay in Store If you are nearby, you may chose to purchase your order online while chosing the store pickup option. Pickup orders are typically ready within 1 hour of placing your order during normal business hours. You may also chose to Pay in store rather than completing your payment online. This will reserve your item in the same fasion as purchasing online for store pickup. Pay in Store orders must be picked up and paid for within 48 hours or the reservation will be canceled. Store pickup orders where a payment was completed online, excluding preorders, must be picked up within 14 days. If the order is not picked up within the alotted amoutn of time, the order will be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee.

Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Mage's Archive within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
